What You Need
to Get Started

Unilink works with carriers who meet our compliance and safety standards. Our onboarding process is straightforward and typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Active MC or DOT Authority

Must have active operating authority issued by the FMCSA. Minimum 6 months in operation preferred.

Insurance Requirements

Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability, $100,000 cargo insurance. Additional coverage required for cross-border lanes.

Safety Rating

Satisfactory or unrated FMCSA safety rating required.

W-9 & Carrier Agreement

Completed W-9 form and signed Unilink Carrier Agreement required prior to first load assignment.
